"Fit Was Close, but the Install Was a Hassle"
I ordered custom blinds and sent in the window measurements exactly like they asked. They showed up looking decent, but one of them was just a little too tight and I had to spend way more time messing with it than I planned to get it sitting right.
It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely threw off my day because I had planned to get them installed quickly and move on to other things. Customer service did respond, which I appreciated, but I really wish the sizing had been double-checked better before shipping. They look fine now, but the whole install was more annoying than it needed to be.

"Good motorized shades, app could be better"
I ordered Yoolax motorized shades for my living room and bedroom, and overall I’m happy with them. Getting everything set up wasn’t too hard, though a couple parts of the instructions could have been a little clearer.
The motor is quiet, and the remote does what it’s supposed to do. I was also able to connect them with Alexa after spending a little time figuring out the hub.
The only thing I don’t love is the app, since it can feel a bit clunky here and there. Still, the shades look nice, work well, and I’d say they’re a good buy.

"Good blinds, still working great"
These blinds feel really solid, and they're holding up great so far. I'm happy with the quality.

"Went up easy, actually"
I ordered these blinds from Yoolax and was a little not sure about doing the install by myself, but it ended up being fine. The instructions made enough sense and the pieces had labels, so I wasn’t just standing there guessing what goes where. The first blind took me maybe 25 minutes or so, then the next ones went quicker once I knew the way of it. I’m just glad it didn’t turn into one of those big annoying house projects.

"Felt brushed off and left waiting"
I emailed them twice about my order and felt kind of pressured the whole time because I needed an answer quickly. It took days for them to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply was super short and didn’t actually solve anything. It was really frustrating and made the whole situation more stressful than it needed to be.
